We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove services at any time without prior notice.
2. Booking and Payment
- All bookings can be made via phone, WhatsApp, or email.
- Advance payment may be required to confirm certain services.
- Full payment is expected upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed.
- Payment methods accepted include cash, bank transfer, or other modes as communicated by Vacklean.
3. Service Cancellation and Rescheduling
- Customers may cancel or reschedule services by notifying Vacklean at least 24 hours in advance.
- In case of late cancellations or no-shows, Vacklean reserves the right to charge a nominal cancellation fee.
4. Customer Responsibilities
- Ensure that the areas to be cleaned are accessible.
- Remove or secure any valuable or fragile items prior to the cleaning service.
- Notify the team of any specific cleaning requirements or restrictions.
5. Safety and Liability
- Vacklean uses high-quality, safe cleaning products. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing damages or delicate items that are not disclosed before service.
- Our team takes all reasonable precautions to prevent damage, but Vacklean shall not be held liable for accidental damage caused during cleaning that occurs due to customer non-disclosure or unsafe conditions.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee
- Vacklean aims to provide professional and high-quality cleaning services.
- If you are not satisfied with any part of our service, please notify us within 24 hours so we can address your concerns promptly.
7. Privacy Policy
- Customer information, including contact details and service records, will be kept confidential and used only for service delivery and communication purposes.
8. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Gurugram courts.
